Purpose

Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position provides guidance and assistance to the team in the absence of a Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.

 

DUTIES

Responsibilities and Accountability

• Maintains guest focus while performing duties.

• Assume responsibility for the quality of guests' experience.

• Answer all guest/member complaints and suggestions.

• Assist with the on-going training program.

• Ensure quality standards and procedures are met throughout the clubhouse.

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the F&B outlets.

• Display a pleasant disposition at all times.

• Handle multiple tasks and requests in a composed manner.

• Work as a team member and maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.

• Learn and promote the development's services, facilities, and amenities and be able to direct guests accordingly.

• Follow all government laws and company policies regarding the serving of alcohol.

• Comply with all company standard operating procedures and policies.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.
